Find the right amount for your cat

Adult Cats

NOW FRESH Grain-Free Fish Adult Recipe is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Cat Food Nutrient Profiles for Maintenance. For accuracy, we recommend weighing your cat's food using a kitchen scale. 1 cup = 250 ml dry measuring cup. The amount of food your cat needs will vary depending on breed, activity level, age and climate. Use our feeding chart as a guide, adjusting the quantity fed to achieve your cat’s ideal weight. We suggest feeding twice a day. Provide fresh, clean water at all times. Love, attention, playtime and chin scratches should be given freely, as often as possible.

Sunday's journey with NOW FRESH

I've had Sunday for 9 years. She was diagnosed with early onset kidney disease. Sunday is so picky and wouldn't eat any of her vet prescribed diet. But after starting her on NOW FRESH, she loves dinnertime and actually runs to her bowl!     This food was a lifesaver!

    My cats were diagnosed last summer with stage 2/3 feline chronic kidney disease. After tr...ying 12 different wet foods, they were losing weight and getting thinner and thinner. Finally, I switched them to NOW Fresh fry after hearing that it was a good low-phosphorus choice. They ate this food much more easily, and within just 3 months, their kidney functions actually went down to normal levels! We love this food!

    Better Quality than Prescription Brands

    My cat has cardiomyopathy and the vet recommended she eat lower sodium food. Very few bran...ds actually post the sodium content! The prescription vet food doesn't even have meat as the first three ingredients and it's full of fillers. So thankful to find a brand that meets the vet's recommendation but with higher quality ingredients and better taste!

    Good for kidney disease

    My cat has been diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease, but she is still in good health so ...far. For the past 3 weeks I have tried so many different wet and dry foods to help get her symptoms under control. I did a lot of research and found Now Fresh fish recipe has the closest guarantee analysis to the vet recommended brand, however my cat wouldn't touch that food, and looks forward to eating Fresh and loves it so much!
